ALL-EXPENSE TOUR:
A tour offering all or most services--transportation, lodging, meals,
sight-seeing, and so on--for a pre-established price. The terms
"all-expense" and "all-inclusive" are much misused.
Virtually no tour rate covers everything. The terms and conditions of a tour
contract should specify exactly what is covered.
